Came during a rush thought the place would be empty around 8/9. But nevertheless the service was amazing even during a rush the staff was super nice and helpful, even to the rowdy costumer who we're very disrespectful.
Coming to try shake shack for the first time from my home country, I felt the chicken burger was basic and nothing extraordinary while the fries were overdone. The price point for the overdone fries and the basic chicken burger does not justify the premium and now I feel that I should not have held my hopes high
My order got cancelled right before I was about to pick it up for no reason. Would not recommend.
The staff is friendly, and the trash bins are emptied regularly, which is much appreciated. I didn’t have to wait long to get my order, and the self-order kiosks work very well — they’re simple, intuitive, and easy to use. However, there aren’t enough tables for all the customers, especially during busy hours. Also, the metal chairs make a lot of noise when they’re moved, which can be quite unpleasant when the place is crowded.
Mariam literally came over to ask me about my service today and that made it a 10 out of 10. I liked her service over hearing another staff saying I should get spicy food for not liking too much powder on my fries. Overall, I got the fries switched to plain and everything resolved.
