I really enjoy Shake Shack as a brand, but this particular location has been consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, the wait is unusually long—even for a simple order. It often seems like there’s more talking than working behind the counter, which slows everything down. On top of that, my order has been incorrect multiple times, including my most recent visit. Delicious burgers! I also loved their bacon cheese fries.
In my opinion, I think the hamburger was tasty, but to buy just one hamburger with soda and pay more than $22 seems quite expensive. The hamburger is small and has nothing new.
