I ordered a Chicken Shack to-go, but when I opened the bag, I found a beef+bacon burger instead. Please improve order accuracy to help prevent this type of issue in the future.
I ordered their chicken pimento sandwich meal to go and they gave me beef. Had to go back all the way again and they were not even apologetic. Bad service.
Horrible service! Stood at the counter for five minutes before someone came over. Place is way overpriced and then they ask for tips on top of it when they don't do anything. They don't even take your order. Its all automated. And their ordering process and system just sucks! I ordered my food and sat there for 20 minutes to find out "it didn't go through". FINALLY! A refreshing wonderful group of employees at a restaurant that serves Delicious and Tasty food. Delicious food Attentive staff Clean and Spacious The only thing that I didn't really like was the price, but it was TOTALLY TOTALLY WORTH IT! Looking forward to visit this place more often . So, just in case you're feeling like having a delicious tasty Angus burger/fries & drink, stop by this SHAKE SHACK in Cedar Park. Oh and the soda had the perfect amount of fizz (I had to ask for a refill).
