I was very disappointed with my experience that I had to write this review due to the lack of attention given to my order. After placing my order at the kiosk, my chocolate shake was prepared and left in the pickup cooler without my name being labeled on it or anyone calling my name. The restaurant was not busy—there were only a few customers—yet I waited approximately 30 minutes before finally speaking up. 1%??? Y'all selling water for $4.39 and only 1% off it goes to charity. A whole 4 cents. And you got the nerve to brag about itY'all might as well keep that a secret. Shame on y'all.
