It’s just another fast food joint that you have to wait inside for no drive thru - fries are definitely not fresh cut they are frozen crinkle cuts you can buy at the store - their shack sauce is nothing to mention - the hype I heard on the radio led me to a huge disappointment

Update on last experience: I was not there but my partner was again impressed by a stellar employee . This time it was the person expediting the orders. I had the Shroom burger which was interesting but overfried in what seemed like oil that had been used too many times and tasted a bit fishy. I just want to give a special shout out to the man working at the Brick location on Friday at 7pm, I’m pretty sure he was the manager- he greeted us when we came in, walked around with a smile asking if his workers and customers were okay, went out of his way to bring over extra ketchup & refill drinks, and just had an amazing positive attitude.
