Order the food on the kiosk.. A double smash burger & cheesy fries & mango lemonade to drink.. Cost was around $20plus & parking wasn't free.. Let me start by saying Smash burger patty way too salty!!! Fries are way too salty!!! Mango lemonade way too sweet.. After a few bites I litterly couldn't handle the saltiness & I couldn't wash it down because the Mango lemonade was way too sweet!!!. The food was ok not the best but when we went to ask about our cold sandwich and if they could remake it, the manager was extremely rude and made a big deal out of it it’s like we are trying to purposely bug you. She made a big deal and finally remade it.
Messed up my ice cream order and took so long to bring it out that half of it had melted..
These burgers are delicious. Fresh tasting, light and juicy, served up hot as soon as they come off the grill. I think our bill was close to $40 for two single shack burgers, one onion ring, and two large diet sodas. Pretty pricey, but hey, this is California!
there was a girl working here with blue hair (under a bandana) and glasses and she was the sweetest and kept checking in on our order for us even though it was super busy <3
