Unbelievably inefficient service!
The wine list was decent.
I want to take a moment to commend Shake Shack for the way they treat my son and his 12-year-old friends. My son attends school in the neighborhood and always speaks highly of this location. According to him, the service and staff are phenomenal truly amazing. What surprises me the most is how welcoming they are to young kids. While many businesses tend to get annoyed or try to push children away, this Shake Shack does the opposite. They make them feel welcomed and encourage them to stay.
