bad customer service and bad/overpriced food. would not recommend
One of the worst services ever. Takes more than 45 mins to get your take out order. Bunch of inefficient young adults working in the kitchen with absolutely zero time management. Either change your staff in the kitchen to some fast paced working guys or run out of business. You need to have more staffing especially on weekends. I wish I could give zero star rating.
After 30 minutes I asked the manager for my food and they said they accidentally gave it to some one else and they had to remake it. Going on 45 minutes now with no food. There were 4 other people asking for their food too. Terrible first time experience.
Flat out slow for a milk shake. 20 minutes wait and when I came up it wasn’t even ready as I was tired of sitting and waiting.
I waited 20 minutes for two milkshakes and one onion ring. I paid around $5 for the onion rings and there were only five onion rings in it. I definitely don't think it was worth the money.
