Very disappointed with my experience at Shake Shack in Terminal C at the Nashville Airport on May 27, 2026. I arrived at 8:42 p.m. to order food and was told they were closed. When I asked what time they closed, I was told 9:00 p.m. I pointed out that it was still almost 20 minutes before closing, but they still refused to let me order anything. Went there in my way to catch my flight at Nashville Airport, and I completely disappointed. I got an incomplete order and we we notice the fries were missing decided to came back and ask. The employee a girl told me "I got you" with an attitude and then, ignored me. After been there for 10+ minutes I asked again to a guy and he gave me the fries right away also with a attitude then, they both started mocking at us. My burger was not made the way I requested and trying to eat before flying doesn't give me time for them to redo it. It took longer than expected to get our food and I thought with all the fries being made that mine would have been hotter.
You may think the line is due to the good food. No. It's because of the incompetent, rude staff. I'd rather eat airline peanuts than deal with these hateful people
