Terrible service and surly employees. Gave me the wrong order and then blamed me.
I was down on my luck and in a terrible situation, but the staff here went out of their way to help me out and the food was absolutely delicious.
Wanda was very unprofessional and obviously woke up in the wrong side of the bed. I only asked to substitute American cheese for cheddar cheese and she was very pressed about it saying they absolutely cannot. Starting calling me stupid and crazy , please watch your camera and you’ll see the way she acted around 9:02. Very poor customer service and hostile. Always wanted to try Shake Shack, we don't have it in Canada. Honestly alright. Expected a bit more flavor. But overall fine. Had upset stomach after though
Let's just say it's great that they offer gluten free burgers
