Food and service was pretty good. The dining room area was disgustingly filthy.
They up they prices of the menu if you choose not to tip on a takeout order
And the award for the slowest and likely most incompetent Shack Shack employee on the planet goes to the dude with the glasses running the register Sunday August 9 at 630pm. Thankfully a woman came up and kicked him off the register. And then he got put in charge of putting together orders and they likely would have been better off with no one there in both scenarios considering the amount of orders that he messed up
