On 5/22/26, I purchased a chocolate custard shake and within approximately 45 minutes became violently ill. I experienced severe vomiting followed by uncontrollable shaking and chills that lasted for over 3 hours. It was honestly a frightening experience. I understand that illnesses can sometimes happen unexpectedly, and I cannot say with certainty what caused it, but the timing was concerning enough that I felt others should be aware of my experience. Terrible service
This crew was a mess. While in line (which was quite short), I watched 3 other people receive the wrong order and have to have the team correct it. THEN, I received the wrong order. My burger was correct, but my shake was the wrong flavor…. Which was quite a disappointing thing. You might want to go try somewhere else in the airport. On top of the wait-time, you’re more likely to get what you ordered.
Horrible. 6 people working and I waited 15 mins. I asked for a single and they charged me for a double and I asked for a cookies n cream shake and they gave me a vanilla. Didn’t even get the meal I ordered for $17? Ridiculous
Terrible food, not like the other locations. Service is terrible to boot
