Patties were good but they forgot my tomato slice and they don’t use Martins potato rolls like the OG ShakeShack. It also took 20 minutes for one burger which was crazy! No line.
Slowest service ever for “fast food”. They have ordering kiosks and no one to help. We waited over 20 minutes to get food the line built up so large for those waiting for their orders. Total incompetence in how this place is ran.
Easy ordering, fast service, tasty burger
Delicious burger, effective staff. I really wanted a Shake Shack burger but the reviews were so terrible that I was afraid to get one so I looked at other people eating and they seemed happy, I watched the staff and they seemed professional and proficient and so I ordered a single burger .. it was delicious! I wish I had gotten a double!
Was delivered a completely melted Red Eye shake. Had to catch a flight, couldn’t even go back to complain. Seems like they just pre-make all of these shakes for expedience and then you just get a mildly cold cup of flavored heavy cream. Will not be back to the airport location.
