What's going on with shake shacks quality and service? This food was ice cold and absolutely disgusting.
My first time actually eating a burger at shake shack lol. I usually get their chicken nuggets at other locations. I ordered a double bacon burger with fries around 8:30 at night, it was ready by the time I used the restroom and washed my hands. One of the best if not the best burger I've ever had from a fast food restaurant or chain restaurant
I was very happy to see this way side station with a bunch of different restaurants that I truly would enjoy. We decided to have Shake shack. I have been to plenty of other shake shacks in the Minnesota area, but none out of state. I was surprised at how clean and neat the entire place was. It was so easy to find seating. The service is unpleasant. They treat the customer as if they were giving them free food. I bought an avocado burger and they sold it to me without any support.
