Great day
There was no ketchup at a burger joint. None. And this conveniently was left out until after id paid and been given my food. Horrible
The most unwelcome I’ve felt in any fast food place to my memory. The cashier was incredibly rude and passive aggressive from the get-go and throughout the entire interaction. This was my first and last time at Sake Shack for sure. This must not be rewarded.
The food is great, service is the worst!! Seems consistent with all the places in the food court. The cashier literally looked at me and asked me what I wanted like 4 times. Wasn't listening to a word I said. Took forever to get the food, but very good quality!
