I am writing this to express my deep disappointment with the service at the Shake Shack located within the Air and Space Museum. I visited today as a chaperone for a group of students, and the conduct of the manager was beyond unprofessional. From the start, the manager was disrespectful and rude, mistreating our young teenage students both before and after they purchased their meals.
