The greasiest most disgusting burger I’ve ever had in my life. We ordered the veggie burger and there is no reason for it to be that greasy it made me nauseous. Cmon people do better. We had to pay separately for the fries which wasn’t bad. We had to literally throw away the burger after couple of bites and just ate the fries.
First time I went there with my son we waited for 15 minutes and no one in front of us the manager there was training someone she was so road and kept waiting while she was acknowledging us intel we left without ordering , second time we were there as a group had my family visiting and took them to the air and space museum my niece wanted shake because she saw didn’t want to leave without shake shak we ordered burgers and shakes the burger was not fully cooked took the burger to the front desk lady she right away acknowledge... read more
My family and I ate here during our visit to the museum because there are no other dining options on site. Having never been to a Shake Shack before I was excited to give it a try. I am sorely disappointed at the food I received. I ordered a simple hamburger with lettuce and tomato, and for nearly $15.00 for a combo that included the sandwich, drink and fries, I felt this was robbery.
