I became familiar with Ideal Protein years ago by my OBGYN. Back then they had little selection of IP meals but the program worked! Fast forward. I found that the COVID pandemic, as well as other life events, wasn't good for my body or energy levels! Absolutely Fabulous. I am coached right through any issues that are in the way of living my best life. Coached to top health - and with good health, anything is possible. I am apprecaitive and will continue. I am happy to have this time to look at how I can be healthier because it also roll models for others.
