I started the Shake It Off Wellness Center program in 2022, when I reached the heaviest weight I’d ever been and knew I needed a real change. The first time I went to shake it off I had been diagnosed with diabetes. My doctor gave me time to lose weight and see if I could bring my A1C down. I started the program in December a difficult month because of the Holidays , but by February when I went back to my doctor I had lost enough weight, and my A1C had dropped below the limit for diabetes. The whole staff is extremely caring and helpful and seeks very hard to individualize the food/supplement plan for each individual's needs and issues. And they all have great personalities!!
