We did the sea turtle kayak tour and Samantha was our guide. It was informative and fun. We saw lots of sea turtles and learned lots of fun turtle facts. Great for a family activity!
10/10 would recommend/ do again. The tour was great, the honu were plentiful, and the guides were fantastic. Accessible for a wide range of physical capabilities/fitness levels.
My wife and I took a two hour bird tour offered by Shaka Kayaks at the Turtle Bay Resort. Pearse was our guide. The tour was an incredible experience, and my wife and I highly recommend it. For two hours we traveled by golf cart with Pearse across the resort property, seeing 27 different species of birds and catching sight of Humpback whale activity while watching the ocean scape for different breeds of Booby. One of the COOLEST experiences of our life! Guides were very knowledgeable and we saw a ton of turtles! Perfect for families or beginners not used to being in the water or on a kayak. If you are coming to Hawaii, you HAVE to do this!
We went on the kayak tour today and it was so awesome! The guides were great and told us cool facts about the turtles, beach, etc. We had such a great time! The turtles even swam up by us!! Tip: If you do the tour bring a waterproof camera/phone case to get some underwater shots of the turtles!! 10/10 would recommend!
