Website and apps needs alot of work. Very buggy. Tried to messenge customer service just to see that I was also receiving other people's complaints to customer service . I could literally see all of the identification cards uploaded and other customer's conversations with customer service. Very strange and I would be furious if that happened to me. I was wanting to find a app similar to Turo, I am extremely disappointed.
Customer service was excellent from start to finish! Awesome idea if you are traveling and are wanting to rent a car or even if you live in town and just want a fun car to drive for the weekend. I plan on listing my own vehicle on SHAiR because it is an awesome way to make some extra money!
