Dr. Jain was attentive to my concerns. Teleconferencing is not as effective as an in person visit, but I felt listened to. She provided good follow-up.
Great service , on time easy!
I HATE colonoscopies!!!!! I just had to put that out there. Dr. Jain and her staff are the friendliest, welcoming and respectful team every time I go there whether for me or other family members. They explain in detail what's going to happen, what could happen and what the best outcome should/could be. They answer all your questions and if they can't answer it, they will research it. I live in Bonney Lake and it's a distance for me, but well worth it!!!! See you guys in 5 yrs!!!
