If I could leave 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appt online and got a text with date, time, address, and link to upload insurance information. On our way to the appoint I called just to confirm, not only did they not have an appt for him, he is not in their system. Today I called to find out what happened, The receptionist told me that the online scheduling tool is useless, it almost never creates and appointment. Dr Zaveri very knowledgeable and caring doctor. My mother is 97 years old Dr. Zaveri has been taking care of my mom for 20 years.
