Dr Parepally is wonderful/ staff who answers the phones/ scheduling HORRIBLE RUDE INCOMPETENT and NASTY
My endocrine doctor fof the past 7 years. Great bedside manner that I recommend to anyone needing special treatment a talented endocrinologist. Dr. Parepally and the staff new staff at UPMC are friendly and easy to work with. They made me feel comfortable all the time while in their care. The PA's also explained everything that was being done. They had reviewed my records and they were aware of my condition. I was aware and didn't have any surprises. The doctor is nice and takes proper time with you, but her front office people are horrible. I specifically stated that the insurance showing in the system is not active and provided them with the correct active insurance. they proceeded to bill the inactive insurance. They are extremely GREEDY and just want as much money as they can get.
She is terrific! It's really hard to get in but totally worth the wait.
