I called their office 3 days after I was referred. After a very long wait, I finally reached someone who took down my info only to say that they didn't have my info and that I should call back in a few days. Bad service. I waited 8 days and they still didn't call to schedule me?!? So, I called and couldn't even get through to speak to anyone. I gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Their 'callback' feature was overloaded so I couldn't even ask them to queue me. What a waste of my time and energy. If their back-office i... read more

I waited 5 months for an appointment. When she came in the room, she began typing on her computer and asked why I was there. I said, “I had a lipoma removed from my left quadricep in October, 2022. Ever since then, I have been experiencing an odd reaction to squatting down. My PCP thought MAYBE inter cranial hypertension.” She cut me off and said, “I can’t log into my computer.” I waited. She said, “Keep talking. You had a lipoma removed from your wrist in February.” From there it just got worse. I barely spoke the next sent... read more

Love, love, love Dr. Miller! Always super attentive and willing to help for even the smallest little things. So so sweet and caring. The front office at Healthvisions, however, is nowhere near that standard. Beyond being terse and rude, there seems to be a huge disconnect between Dr. Miller/her assistant and the front office. Like multiple times now, Dr. Miller's assistant has called and left a message telling me I could come in that day or the next to see her for something, but when I call back the front office staff will b... read more

Dr. Brar asked me why I was in her office and I explained that I’d had intractable headaches. She said, “What do want me to do about it?” I was shocked. I waited for months to get help and she was rude and dismissive and treated me like I was bothering her. She asked me if I wanted an MRI or drugs. I said I did not have those answers, I needed her help. She said to follow her and I thought we were going to another room to continue the visit and she told me to turn right and when I looked back, she was gone and I was at recep... read more

I have had an abysmal experience at this practice. I was referred here to establish care with a neurologist to manage migraines after moving. For what it is worth, I have seen a number of neurologists/headache specialists due to moving several times, and I have never received care this poor. After months of waiting, I had my first appointment with Dr. Brar a few months ago after struggling with a flare up of severe vertigo and migraine. She could not have been more disinterested or curt during our less than 10 minute new pat... read more

I haven’t any issue with time or sharing my medical concerns with my health or wellbeing with Dr.Cella or intern Carlie . Staff seems to be very helpful to me & everything is more than appreciated.

I’m an 18 year Vulvar Sarcoma Survivor and Dr. Boardman is part of my journey. When two male doctors dismissed my concerns, Dr. Boardman heard me. She ordered appropriate scans showing a 2cm lesion and my surgery soon followed. It was thought this was a recurrence of Epithelioid Sarcoma from 2005 and she took every precaution possible for me to have the best outcome possible. Fortunately, this was a cyst and Dr. Boardman and her team were as happy for me as my husband was! Dr. Boardman is a thorough, extremely knowledgeable ... read more
