Such a terrible experience. My girlfriend, who’s the most wonderful and respectful angel, left in tears today. Although the owner, Shaila does a decent job, she is downright rude and completely unprofessional! My girlfriend has been coming here for years and has always tried her best to look past Shaila’s rude behavior, being ignored, or lack of care for customers. SHOWED HER PICTURES OF HOW I WANT MY BROWS.. and told her I want them thick and they came out super thin. Rude. Also they talk in their language WHILE STARING AT YOU AND MAKING YOU UNCOMFORTABLE.
