I found this Dr very kind and knowledgeable. He seemed genuinely interested in patient health and outcome. Office staff is very pleasant. Waiting area is bit small and tight but it moves quickly.

I am a gastroenterologist and pretty good one. I can tell you that Dr Shail Sheth is an exceptional GI doc. Probably best general gastro that is out there. Would give 10 stars if I could
