A very unprofessional office. Has cancelled my appointment for several months now. It's already hard to get into a specialist and then to have the one I get into, continue to cancel, is crazy. I was referred from the Emergency Room, you'd think it would be taken seriously. So sad that this is the reality of doctors offices these days.
This "Dr." and the entire staff at samaritan "hospital" are 110% incompetent. I have filed and continue to file complaints with NYS. Samaritan Hospital is not, in any way, qualified to treat a stroke patient let alone hold the classification of "certified stroke care center". "dr. ubald" has zero ability to treat stroke victims. A horrible person doing horrible things is what he is and does.

This doctor is awful!! I went in unable to walk for week and was told it was all in my head. He never gave me any written report or diagnosis. I went to another facility and was admitted to the hospital for nerve damage his ignorance could have left me paralysis. I would give zero stars if an option
Stay away!! Do not put your health in this Dr's hands!! I was in the hospital for 4 days. He saw me a few times there, I followed up 2 weeks later at his office. He was supposed to send in a prescription to my pharmacy which they never received.. He was supposed to refer me to Albany med for a 3 Day eeg which they never received.. this has been 2 months waiting..
