Great people!
I worked for a company working on shai properties. I'm gonna tell you right now they are liars and greedy humans. They will steam clean your carpet and list it as new. They will clean up old moldy appliances and use them in your rental. They want to haggle every price so they can get the cheapest work done. Then turn around and rent junk properties for way too much. Bottom line they don't care about you. I just hope someone reading this takes it their understanding that Shai properties are not good people.
