I recently visited Dr. Ann Shahwan’s office in West Hills, CA, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff on the phone displayed a level of rudeness that was quite unexpected and disheartening. When I approached them for assistance with my blood reports, instead of receiving the help I needed, I was met with an uncooperative attitude. Dr. Shawan is a wonderful, personable and caring physician. I feel very lucky that she is my doctor. Last year I was very sick and I do believe that she, along with other fine doctors at West Hills Hospital, saved my life.
