I have made 2 visits and have not seen the doctor. My first visit kept me waiting 75 minutes before I was briefly seen by the PA. She was cordial and suggested I have a VNG which I had yesterday but my followup is a month away so I must wait for results. I notice that patients wait very long time past their appointment time. The front office staff lacks interest...not very friendly. Lots of improvement needed.
Have never gotten to see Dr Khalid. Saw his assistant and was told to come back to see Dr. in 2 months. Made the appointment and the week before were told he would not be there. Rescheduled but the first appointment was a month out. Supposed to see him next week. Today they sent a text saying that he would not be there and we would be seeing someone else. So stressful when you are waiting on test results!!
