I can't describe how disappointed I am with the front desk attendant at this Neurologist Care office, Arlington suete 403. After months of waiting, I arrived at 3:45pm for my appointment of 4pm but unfortunately, she canceled my appoint because she say I was supposed to arrive at 3:30pm. I believe the Dr. need to have a better, more reasonable front desk service attendant.

Dr was patient and kind
I have been to see Dr. Khalid twice the first time he had a young man working there with him, checking people in. He was very kind patient and helpful. The second time I went in was here recently. I had a great experience once again with the doctor, but the young lady that took me in, I can’t say the same. She was not patient. She was demanding of a past due balance I had from my first visit.
