The front office staff was kind and helpful. The lady that helped me before I was able to see the PA was so sweet to me. I had an episode and she jumped into action helping me remain calm and immediately went to the PA. The PA listened and spent time reviewing every piece of medical documentation I brought for review. I have a test scheduled for tomorrow. I am so thankful for all they did. Phone system- goof luck getting to someone- doesn’t return calls & screwed up scheduling- obviously didn’t listen to patient- scheduled 2 test that couldn’t be done & didn’t listen when said we have an implant icd device
Nobody in office answers phones for follow ups or appointments.
Extremely rude, even the front office girl that sits in the dark!! Had a student teacher with him, asked him if he was graduating? He popped off and said I’m not stealing your personal information. Turned this Dr. over to insurance
Charged me a $70 copay to ask me questions that I had already answered to the doctor that referred me here. My visit with the doctor lasted all of three minutes just so he could give me pills and tell me I needed to go somewhere else for an MRI. This isn’t the “specialist” you need. Go somewhere else.
