Worst customer service. The lady(poonam) was absolutely rude, unprofessional. Never go to this salon.
I recently visited for eyebrow threading and had a disappointing experience. When I requested a few extra adjustments to refine the shape, the technician told me she hadn’t changed the arc and seemed unwilling to make further changes. I felt that my specific concerns weren’t listened to or addressed during the service. Overall, the customer service was lacking, and the result didn’t meet what I asked for. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They are so rude and I would like to know how much you charge for eyebrows??
As soon as we walked in first thing i noticed was the amount of hair on the floor. There was hair everywhere, making me question the overall hygiene of the salon. When my daughter was getting her hair trimmed, the lady got her hair caught in the hair dryer. Not only this, she was very unprofessional and dropping hair utensils. Unsatisfied, will not be coming back.
