Dr. Mousavi is a wonderful practitioner! She listens deeply, asks great questions, and offers valuable ideas and solutions to health challenges that are based on lifestyle and dietary changes rather than pharmaceutical-based interventions. I feel grateful to have her as my primary care doc!
I went to see Dr Mousavi because my primary care Dr was unavailable. She was kind and thoughtful. Unfortunately she placed an order for imaging incorrectly and when I called back 1 hr later after my appointment I was told that the order would be fixed. 24 hrs later no new order and no call from clinical staff. I called again and explained my immediate need for a correct order to be placed. Again no call or corrected order so I called for a 3rd time at 4pm.
