About this business
My particular relationship-based approach to psychotherapy promotes self-reflection, self-understanding, awareness of one's feelings and recognition that behavior has meaning. Together, patients and I collaborate to explore their underlying motivations. I believe the combination of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology is helpful and, at times, more effective. With children, dynamically-oriented play therapy is my particular specialty and I use play as a gateway to understanding emotions.
