Very poor service by office staff in Aliso Viejo. Rescheduled appointment by phone. Staff did not make correction. When arrived for appointment staff rude and disrespectful to patient and family.
Below Zero stars,be aware of the Aliso Visio office of Dr.Abedi,who has Monster front desk manager name Rosa , who will treat you like Animal, Extremely rude,unprofessional,etc On my first time appointment i was there 15min early,i said hello ,and gave Rosa my referral paper,she throw it on side of her desk without saying hello ,nor looked at my paper, i politely sat down waited , 15 minute later ,she gave me several papers to fill out and ask for my ID,etc i completed the paperwork, gave eve
Would not go back to this doctor again. She was so incredibly rude. I work at a hospital with doctors all day. Doctors that are this incredibly rude feel they are like God so can treat everyone else like they are peons. I don't need to be yelled at to open my eyes after having two different drops put in and a bright light being shined in it. To be told that I needed to be yelled at to get things done, well... that's just not how you should be treated! It gets worse....
Very disappointed, I wasted $255 for this thief to tell me stop wearing mascara! Very rude, arrogant and unprofessional! She will not see a dime from me ever again!
My opthamologist was out of town when I started to see flashing lights in one eye. They advised me this was a urgent situation and I needed to be seen that day. Dr. Abedi was on call for their office. When I contacted Dr. Abedi by phone, she refused to see me, and told me to go to the emergency room as I was not her regular patient. Luckily my opthamology office arranged for me to see another opthamologist that day, even though they were not on call for their office.
Caring and knowledgeable
Dr. Parastou Abedi is very detail, professional, warm, and caring. The staff is very attentive to all needs, patient, and caring. My mother had just successfully undergone cater act surgery and Dr. Abedi really took extra care to ensure my mother took all the proper care needed. Thank you Dr. Abedi!!! You are the best!
I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone, because she's very rude, disrespectful, and has no care for her patients. Not a professional at all !!!! She thinks that spending time to talk to the patient, and answering their questions, or paying attention to their concerns is a Waste of Time(according to her), even though the whole time she has spent for you is only 7 minutes!!!!!!!!!
