Absolutely Love Dr. Ramji. I've been going off and on to her for about 30 years when she took care of my Daughter. Luckily, due to my insurance, I was able to see her again. She takes to time to listen and is kind and caring.
Bad experience. Never felt so dismissed or gaslit by a doctor. I expected better from a woman. Went in for a physical and when I brought up a couple of concerns she was dismissive, she literally SCOFFED when I asked if it would be possible to get an EKG. I voiced to her that I felt hurt and dismissed and she did acknowledge her behavior and apologized, however, I felt so upset and hopeless. If I can't voice concerns at a physical without the Dr taking me seriously..... I just can't. Do NOT recommend her.
Dr. Ramji should not be a doctor. You can sense from being around her that she is miserable about her own life and has no passion for her work. I am even from her own community, where she arguably has a reputation to uphold yet she has given myself, my mother, and my various family members such indifferent treatment that we have all sought out other PCPs. She’s not a bad person - she just needs some help and should not be entrusted with people’s health and lives.
Very poor service. Ramji took more than 1 week to read and upload my mammogram result to MYChart. I was searching for answers from her office, and grew a bit concern when the imaging dept called me to sched a diagnostic mammogram. I couldn't get a hold of Ramji but her incompetent diva assistant, Lisa, gave me some attitude like she was the victim and got offended that I was getting emotional that I couldn't even get direct answer from my doctor.
