It’s a very bad and careless doctor office!
I can’t give a review on the Dr himself as I was never able to make an appointment- I called 4 times after being referred and was told each time someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment, I thought it was strange that I was always told I would be called back and it couldn’t be done there and then. I never received a call back so I gave up, very unprofessional.
My first visit went well for my knee issue. Dr. Gao ordered PT, X-ray for now. I was hoping for a MRI and get to the root of the cause and get a game plan for my recovery. It’s now been over a month, no pre authorization letter or a call. Waiting in limbo with discomfort and frustrated sitting idle is not being proactive in getting better.
