Destroyed Jacket and rude service – I went to Shahin to have my cashmere Emanuel Ungaro jacket fitted. It was a collector's piece. She refused to do a fitting before hand. When I went in to try it on the jacket was already cut up and I could not raise my arms. When I pointed this out, she proceeded to yell at me that it was not ruined and refused to fix it. The jacket is butchered beyond repair. I strongly urge anyone who is considering taking anything to this woman to be advised that she is in no way a professional.

Service is terrible – Rude people. That is all I will say. There is no reason you can not treat other human beings with respect,

DO NOT GO HERE – I was sent here by an expensive Madison Ave store and couldn't believe how they butchered my jacket. They think of themselves as an expensive Madison Ave tailor but they treat you like you don't know anything. She yelled at me and tried to make me feel like their horrible job was my fault. She is more interested in getting expensive jobs than a simple alteration, but based on how she altered my jacket I wouldn't trust her to do anything.
