I accompanied my mother to her quarterly appointment with Dr. Rana at 3:45. We arrived 15 minutes early and signed in. We waited in the uncomfortably warm waiting room for 2 hours before we were called back to a room. During the wait we listened to the many other patients in the waiting room complaining about how long they had been waiting and that this was a regular occurrence every time they had an appointment there. Saw Dr. Rana. He changed dosage on a medication and did not document the change. To add insult to injury he also left town on vacation and now I have serious issues as a result of his poor work ethic. Would not recommend him. I plan on firing him upon his return .

Every time I come for my appointment on time, I have to wait for over an hour. Doctor Rana is very unprofessional in terms of time management and also bedside manner. Past few appointments he made comments about not being a “homemaker” since I am a woman with a job. Every appointment is always awkward and judgmental. Dr. Rana pretty much speaks over you and not to you. Also, it is impossible to make a phone call to this place.
