I had double jaw surgery with Dr. Aziz and Dr. Lantz, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team. From the beginning, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly, made sure I felt comfortable, and answered all my questions. The care didn’t stop after surgery they checked on me multiple times while I was in the hospital, and their follow-up has been just as thoughtful. Dr. Aziz is great at what he does, he treats every patient with respect and love. I never had a doubt in my mind that my bite wasn’t going to turn out how it did. He changed my life and I will never forget it. To all my peoples with bad bites, please give this office a call, they’re like family and once you’re accepted, you’re there forever. I’m glad for the time and money I spent here, it was well worth it! 💯
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've been trying to reach this office since 5/17/25, and today is 6/26/25. I've left multiple messages, with no return calls, and today tried through the operator of the hospital to see if maybe the office is permanently closed. They were appalled that the office has not called me back, but could do nothing but give me a fax number. How can a reputable office run like this? I'm in the medical field and this is one of the most unprofessional situations I've encountered.
Had orthognathic surgery (corrective upper & lower jaw surgery) in November 2024. Im 7 months post op & so pleased with my results. Such a scary decision to make due to it being a major surgery with intense recovery but Dr. Aziz is super skilled and knowledgeable. Super busy practice with a wait for getting in at a teaching hospital so there’s many residents and helpers but such a specialize field that it kind of compensates since you want someone who knows what they’re doing.
