They do not respect appointments. I came to them because I needed a filling that I was hurt from. I did it there and came according to the agreed upon time, but I waited for them after my appointment and I wanted to pray because the time had come since I was a waiter, but the information staff asked me to wait five minutes. They tried to prepare the room, but the wait was a full hour and I was not served. They are careless with time and do not have any credibility in that and do not respect religion.
I used to trust Dr. Shaheen but after he left the work to other doctors it became the worst clinic ever and you have to force them to correct their mistake which they do not acknowledge. Please, please when you hear the name Dr. Al-Azzawi run away immediately. I did not suffer from my teeth until after she worked on a very simple filling which I did not complain about at all. Honestly, Shaheen Dentistry has been amazing. Though I wish more could've been done, I appreciate their honesty, forthcoming, experience and understanding. They've gotten me in to see the doctor with their emergency visit system which I love and helped navigate during stressful times. Thank you.
The dentist and dental hygienist did a fantastic job! They made my mother’s teeth look amazing. Very professional and kind people—highly recommend!
