Worst place I ever been I called and asked if they take my insurance they said yes I got there and they did my X-rays after they told me they made a mistake they don’t take my insurance and I have to pay for the X-rays and any service. Why do I have to pay for ur mistake I could have went elsewhere. And Dr Shaheen was rude also never again
I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! The dentist was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The entire staff was welcoming and made the process smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to Sahar at the front desk—she was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Steph and Mariam were very kind and extremely detailed with their explanations of everything that was happening. As someone with a lot of horrible experiences at dental offices they really helped ease my nerves.
Have been here multiple times and Steph, Mariam, and Sahar are all always extremely gentle and patient! They took their time explaining procedures and made sure I was well informed throughout my visit :).
