I had a fantastic experience with Shaheen Collision Center. I dropped off my car late at night, and I was immediately contacted the very next morning to swiftly begin the necessary repair process. The overall experience was incredibly convenient. All I had to do was file the claim with my insurance and give them the claim number—they took care of all the rest of the paperwork and coordination. Car fixed/repaired from someone else hitting me at work. I did not have to pay any of the repairs, deductible or rental car. Very happy with the services but only ha interactions one time with the person that gave me the quote. Jessica was off both days I called about an update on my car and never got a return call. However, Colleen was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.
