The representative at the Kabul exchange office has a very bad attitude. Whenever you send money to Afghanistan, they give you all the old and worn-out banknotes. If you complain, they simply say, “If you’re not satisfied, we don’t have any other money
Most of their products don’t have price tag. That’s why if there is three people working, you can hear three different prices from them. They know that in this area most people are newcomers that’s why there is inconsistent prices. Another thing they are always asking is do you have cash. For me it’s frustrated.
