Parent of two Excellent pediatrician. He is thourough, honest, and straightforward, making it easier to share your concerns and get answers. He is also great with the kids, with an easy-going manner that helps them to trust him. He is good at explaining what is wrong and the steps that need to be taken to make a child better. I especially like that he is careful to examine a child and considers both the pros and cons of prescribing medications and whether they will benefit a child in a certain situation. Excellent Doctor, Friendly Staff I have never been to Doctor Cicero's actual office because I do not live in Franklin. I live about an hour away, but I did deliver in Franklin and He was my daughter's pediatrician in the hospital and was very good. He was very thorough and kind. Any time I have ever called his office the staff was very helpful, and kind. Would definitely choose him as my pediatrician if I didn't live so far away.
