Save yourself the time, money, and stress. The staff was extremely rude from the very beginning, and their cancellation policies were never clearly explained upfront. The doctor was late for my endoscopy and did not even acknowledge or apologize for the delay. Before the procedure, the office repeatedly assured me they were working with my insurance and that the procedure had been approved. Unprofessional front desk staff. I was hung up on mid-sentence while trying to schedule an appointment. Definitely not the level of care or courtesy I expected.
My rating is that he's the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. He doesn't explain anything to me about my complaints. Every time I do, talking on the phone is very complicated. When I go there, they only ask for medical insurance, and paying for them to see us is very bad. I had to go to another doctor. This one I have explains everything to me very clearly. Dr. Shah is an extremely experienced doctor who was very patient in getting all the information from my mother. He went through all her medications that she has been taking and advised her in a way that addresses the core of her problems. He had great knowledge of all the medications. I highly recommend going to him. Thank you Dr. Shah
Place needs to be shutdown! Absolutely the worst! The staff should've made me run. I actually felt sorry for the young receptionist who appears to be aware of the incompetence. The 2nd tiny, frigid exam room where I waited 26 whole mins was the deal breaker. REFUND COPAY!
