Been to this office twice. The first time, they never had me in the system and I waited 90 minutes to be seen. For my second visit, I came prepared with headphones and was able to catch up on my shows! Another 90 minutes worth! Wow. Lovely experience! Avoid this place like the plague.
The waiting area was completely packed when I arrived, there wasn’t a single seat available. The office was obviously severely overbooked, with patients crammed in and waiting endlessly. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and I even arrived early at 2:15 PM, yet I wasn’t seen until around 3:45. After all that waiting, I only saw Dr. Baines for maybe five minutes. The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and a complete waste of time.
I've been calling this clinic for the past week because my doctor recommend me to this clinic and they don't answer my call they don't even pick up their calls it's ridiculous
