This review pertains solely to the front desk staff. I scheduled an appointment through the LiveWell portal and received text message confirmations. However, when I arrived on the day of the appointment in the morning, I was informed that it had been cancelled by the staff. There was no call or text notifying me of the cancellation—only a message through the LiveWell portal, which I had no notifications for on my phone. This review is solely for the front office staff. Dr. Rizvi and the nurse who did my intake were fantastic and thorough. However, like previous negative reviews I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient as this group was listed in my network for my insurance, when I called I was told I would receive a call back after reviewing my insurance info, I never got a call back. My review is not for the doctor, but the office itself. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this clinic. First, it took them an entire week to figure out my insurance and get me an appointment, which they scheduled for a whole month later. On the day of my appointment, I got a call saying it was canceled due to an insurance error, and they promised to call me back within 48 hours to reschedule.
