My pharmacist and I have to reach out numerous times to get a prescription filled when using the portal or by calling them on the phone. I am constantly running out of my medication because of this. I have to reduce my recommended dosage in half to try and make it stretch, and still I run out every time. This is constant no matter how long of a lead time when i reach out. This has occurred constantly for three years. Groups portal is not up to date. Unable to select my current PA, as they are not listed on the site.
