Kathy. Kathy at the front desk was unprofessional with me and condescending. I listened to a woman tell her “I’ll deal with you later” she said nothing. I filled my forms out on an iPad, handed it back to her. And stood there. She says, “Oh wait a minute. You’re not done.” “There we go.” I asked what had been missed. Well I thought I was so happy with Dr Shah and his staff UNTIL now! I have been getting Botox for migraines for 2 years with him. I always pay and have never received a bill. In February, I came for my injections and someone came into the examining room and told me I had a balance and I said ok and he said he wouldn’t see me unless I paid it so I paid right under $2000.00 because I knew it was wrong but I figured I’d sort it out later; I needed the shots and I was already there. Dr Shah was not friendly l would rather see the nurse practitioner. Also the staff are very rude at all locations
I have not had any issues with the medical staff HOWEVER when you call the office they are so rude ( only over the phones) They will make you want to leave your house and drive up to the office after speaking to them. You will need a quiet corner to relax after making an appointment asking a simple question. Just rude for no reason. I don’t understand how they are able to stay open for business with the people they allow to answer the phones.
