Well I thought I was so happy with Dr Shah and his staff UNTIL now! I have been getting Botox for migraines for 2 years with him. I always pay and have never received a bill. In February, I came for my injections and someone came into the examining room and told me I had a balance and I said ok and he said he wouldn’t see me unless I paid it so I paid right under $2000.00 because I knew it was wrong but I figured I’d sort it out later; I needed the shots and I was already there. Dr Shah was not friendly l would rather see the nurse practitioner. Also the staff are very rude at all locations
I have not had any issues with the medical staff HOWEVER when you call the office they are so rude ( only over the phones) They will make you want to leave your house and drive up to the office after speaking to them. You will need a quiet corner to relax after making an appointment asking a simple question. Just rude for no reason. I don’t understand how they are able to stay open for business with the people they allow to answer the phones.

Have been calling daily for my prescription due to Philps CPAP machine was recalled and I've left messages no one will call you back.
