Got PRK vision correction laser eye surgery here. Everything went perfectly! Dr. Shah was phenomenal, I truly feel like I got the best doctor to perform the surgery. They offer post-surgery check-ups, and they were very professional throughout the whole process. Now I have "super" vision, better than 20/20! If I had to get it done again, I absolutely would, and I would do it here! Dr. Shah or nothing at all!
I had LASIK done last Tuesday with Dr. Shah in Mission, Texas, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We liked the experience with the doctor but not the ladies that did our eye vision testing. They didn't clean the equipment while we exchanged from my myself to my husband doing the testing, so that tells me that they didn't clean the equipment before we used it at all. They need to clean the equipment before any one uses it.That was very unprofessional. In addition to that, they didn't make sure the equipment was appropriate in face. Worst experience ever wait time is extremely long they skip you and call other patients before your turn people came in after me and saw them leave before me what's the whole point of putting appointments if we're going to be getting skipped I just came for a follow up. They take an hr to call you in then they put you in another lobby to wait for another 2 hrs it's ridiculous this will be our last time here never coming back.
