I went in today for a follow up appointment at the Mission office. I parked on the side and went in. I asked a recepcionist the way to the front and she said I had to walk outside and go all the way around to the front door. I said I was already in and knew the front receptionist was only a few steps away. She continued to tell me to go outside, etc. I told her I didn’t see the point when I was only a few strips away, frustrated, she pointed to the receptionist a few steps away so finally I was able to walk to the front. Everything is great alright tks enjoy your day
Wait times are terrible. Appointments are made by a central call center, with no regard for each office's capacity. My daughter and I waited and hour after our appointment time and they hadn't even processed our paperwork/co-pay yet. We sat next to a lady in the waiting room who had been waiting for over an hour and a half.
All the staff was helpful, but not very friendly...Everything went well though...
