Got my LASIK with Dr. Shah. Monica, and the staff were great.
Made an appointment with ample time and they called to reschedule last minute and postponed appointment for over a month! When I did see the Dr. I asked for the prescription for contacts and he said go to the optometrist counter and get fitted. Now in order to get contacts I need to pay again. I should have cancelled my appointment when they postponed.

Scheduled my daughter's annual appointment. When I got there, I was told it wasn't for that office. Ive never had an appointment at another office before so I asked when somebody was planning to let me know. It was 10 minutes before my appointment time and I wouldn't make it to north mcallen. She suggested I could wait to be seen, but she could not assure me that I would be done in 2.5 hours when I needed to pick up my son.
