Dr. Shah has been treating our adult special needs son for seizures for several years. He is always so kind and good with him. He takes his time, listens, asks questions, and treats us like he is interested in us. Our son loves him, and so do we. His staff has always been friendly and helpful as well. Absolutely recommend! I have a friend who uses a CPAP. 3 weeks ago his CPAP stopped working. He called a paid for an appointment for a new CPAP and got a new Rx for anew CPAP. The patient has been calling to pick up the new CPAP only to find out there’s no prescription received from the doctor. The patient goes to the doctors office last week and the doctors office informs patient that they’ve been too busy to fax over the prescription. Seriously!? This is life saving technology. We have asked this doctor's office for my mother's medical records for 2.5 months and still have not received them. My mother moved out of state and requires the records. Multiple calls and messages for nothing. Would never recommend someone that thinks so little of his patients as to withhold needed information. Is he afraid of something.
