Excellent care. Professional staff. Dr Shah takes time with you. She answers your questions and does not rush you. Highly recommend!
It’s a pain to get ahold of anyone on the phone at this office. I usually don’t write negative reviews but this is the third time this incident has happened. I call to get my prescription refilled and once they answer the phone, the front desk leaves the doctor a message to refill the prescription. I’m not sure what the issue is afterwards but my prescription doesn’t get filled and then I have to call two more times. This has happened everytime I need a prescription filled.
