Laura North CRNP Was outstanding amazing. Very bubbly and she was very nice. She listened to everything I had to say and was completely honest. Her MA Crystal was so sweet and very well Knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this office. From the front desk to the back desk, very nice professional people.
I’ve been a patient at this dermatology office for over two years, and I’m extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of professionalism and accountability. It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment — there’s never any availability. On multiple occasions, I’ve clearly requested appointments at one location, only to find out they scheduled me somewhere completely different. I wish all of my doctors had the bedside manner as Dr Shah, she was very determined to help with my complicated medical condition, but she made sure that I went to the proper specialist to help me. Dr Shah is probably the best doctor I have ever had in my 71 years.
